The part embossed on it is it also has and u39 on it.

It was with 1966 Pontiac Catalina parts, so it could be for big car. Very clean either way. It also looks like an early f body fire bird steering arm. It doesn't appear to have any marks from being used.

This could be an nos steering pitman arm or it could be a sand blasted original part tough to tell. I'm not sure of the application.
